We are so lucky to know Chris! We met him back in September when we put through a request to see a house we found on zillow. We immediately felt at ease with him and looked forward to every interaction we had with him throughout our house hunt. He is extremely kind and has the patience of a saint (he put up with our pickiness for several months!). He is extremely knowledgeable; and what he didn’t know, he quickly found out for us. When we had an issue with our lender, Chris immediately put us in touch with a lender he knows and trusts. When we panicked about little things, his calm demeanor and great sense of humor helped calm us down. He’s a great negotiator, and he always gave us solid advice. We trust him completely. Through the eight month process of looking at houses up until our closing yesterday, Chris went from being just our realtor to a very dear friend. Working with Chris isn’t WORKING–it’s hanging out with a great friend who just happens to be helping you buy your dream home.
